Slatyfork Farm is an exclusive and well-established community located in beautiful Pocahontas County, West Virginia. It is within minutes to the entrance of Snowshoe Mountain Resort, which is one of the finest four season resorts in the Eastern United States. Slatyfork Farm is a beautiful 400+ acre property, encompassing two mountainsides, a plush green valley centerpiece and a pristine natural wooded forest. It offers a little something for every preference.

The farm currently consists of a private residential community located primarily on the west mountainside area with over 60 large homesites and approximately 40 beautiful existing homes. The farm is also home to Slatyfork Village. It is a highly visible commercial area fronting Highway 219 and at the entrance to the private residential community. The Village has a beautiful 3,500 sq. ft. stone and wood building for housing retail businesses and executive office space.

The east mountainside area of the farm offers generous homesites and great sunset views while overlooking a beautiful 20 acre plush green valley. The valley has a fenced pasture and two ponds.

At the back of our unique farm is a pristine forest environment. It offers generous homesites giving their owners a feeling of privacy in their cottage in the woods. A beautiful mountain creek meanders through this area of the development.
