Slatyfork Farm GallerySlatyfork farm is a beautiful 600 +/- acre property. It encompasses two mountainsides, one on the west side of the farm and one on the east side of the farm.

A 20 +/- acre plush green valley lies between the mountainsides and forms the centerpiece of our farm.

At the back of the farm is our pristine natural forest area which forms a bowl between the two mountainsides.

Abandoned RailroadWe even have an old abandoned CSX railroad line now owned by the West Virginia Trail Authority that runs through our farm. The railroad provides for a great hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trail.

Slatyfork Farm LotsThere are good road signs throughout the farm. Our farm has modest protective covenants that will help maintain the value of your property.We have an established and financially sound Home Owner’s Association that is active in keeping our farm pristine.

Stone Ridge, one of our residential communities is located on the Eastern mountainside area of the farm. This area has some additional amenities available to its owners.
